Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is as follows:
We understand things happen and schedules change. If a guest cancels a charter more than 24 hours in advance, they will receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees. If a charter is cancelled within 24 hours of charter, 75% of the charter fee will be refunded. No refunds will be processed for same day cancellations or no shows. Whatever the issue, let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs by rescheduling.
