Each charter fee covers use of the vessel, operation by a USCG credentialed captain, fuel, life vests and necessary safety equipment. A complimentary cooler iced down with a delightful selection of beverages including waters, soft drinks, and juices is also provided. You are welcome to bring any food or snacks that you wish and/ or alcohol for guest who are over 21 years old.

No. Your paid charter is your private time. Whether you seek a solo trip, romantic time as a couple, a fun day with a group of friends or a family outing, we do not double book or combine charters. 

Our vessels are considered Passenger for Hire vessels by United States Coast Guard standards. This means that the while our primary charter vessel is spacious and has a capacity of 12 persons, due to "passenger for hire" regulations, the chartered vessel can carry a maximum of 6 paying passengers. This often works for most guests.  So grab your family and friends and let's plan an your adventure.

If your party is larger than 6, we do have access to additional vessels and captains. You can add a second vessel and captain at a significantly reduce rate. Contact us prior to booking to ensure availability of both vessels. 

Fun fact: Florida is the Sunshine State. With an average of 230 days of sunshine per year, and the nature of boating outdoors, we recommend all guests bring a hat, sun glasses and sun screen (reef safe sunscreen recommended). Due to space, we ask that you utilize our onboard cooler.

We understand things happen and schedules change. If a guest cancels a charter at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees. If a charter is cancelled within 24 hours of charter, 75% of the charter fee will be refunded. No refunds will be processed for same day cancellations or no shows. Whatever the issue, let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
